Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of cash handling experience combined with retail sales experience.
• Banking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle member requests and routine branch transactions with accuracy.
• Assist and educate members on eServices and delivery channels.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer to Member Specialists when appropriate.
• Maintain branch security, adhere to procedures, and support branch goals.
