• Provides service to members through financial transactions and guides them with in-branch technology (e.g., Interactive Teller Machine, NEXT kiosk).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, checks, loans payments, and transfers between accounts.
• Promotes Neighborhood Credit Union’s digital channels and educates members on their features and benefits.
