Job summary

You will build relationships, cross-sell basic services, and uphold our FIRST values in a fast-paced branch environment. Strong communication and numerical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Welcome members to the credit union with a friendly, respectful, and professional approach.
• Receive and process share drafts, checks, and cash for deposits into member accounts.
• Cash share drafts, process withdrawals, and disburse funds after verification.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products and policies.
• Promote and cross-sell services such as electronic services, cards, and loans.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/OFAC and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the credit union with a friendly, respectful, and professional approach.

• Cash share drafts/checks, process withdrawals, and disburse funds after verifying member identification and account balances.
• Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services along with policies and procedures, including robbery procedures.
• Promote, explain, refer, and cross-sell other credit union services such as electronic services, credit and debit cards, accounts, and loans.
