• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and coach associates; communicate goals and feedback
• Provide member services and support to customers, memberships, and programs
• Process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; promote memberships and benefits
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and Open Door Policy; participate in marketing events
• Oversee merchandise, pricing, and checkout operations; assist with safe handling of cash
• Prepare deposits and maintain cash handling accuracy; assist with accounting tasks
• Collaborate with managers and partners to improve processes and member experience
