Responsibilities

• Supervise associates in the assigned area by assigning duties and providing direction and feedback on member service approaches.
• Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Communicate and support membership by informing on membership types, programs and benefits and processing memberships, upgrades and credit accounts.
• Assist members with purchases, locating merchandise, and using self-service technology; handle transactions at registers or self-checkout and ensure pickup orders are filled.
• Oversee area operations including handling claims/returns, organizing merchandise, managing shrink and damages, and maintaining cleanliness.
