Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Wisconsin (WAUKESHA) is seeking an hourly Associate who will supervise and train front-end staff, assist members with purchases and services, and help drive membership growth and satisfaction.

You will participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates, and ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO and education programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Leading a front-end team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and provide training on processes.
• Provide member service and assist members with purchases, services, and self-checkout.
• Support recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
• Demonstrate integrity and adherence to Open Door Policy and company policies.
