Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is seeking a full-time associate in Apopka, FL. The role supports supervision of front-end operations, assists with staffing, and guides member service actions to resolve issues in line with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include processing memberships and upgrades, handling cash operations, and contributing to merchandising, shrink control, and safety practices as part of a team focused on delivering value to members.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Leading a front-end team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring member service approaches meet company guidelines.
• Processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; encourages renewals and participates in sales and marketing events.
• Oversees area operations including returns, merchandising, and cashier functions to ensure accurate records and customer satisfaction.
