Job summary

Sam's Club in Scarborough, ME is seeking an associate to support supervision and member service on the front-end. You will assist management by assigning duties, training staff, and guiding member interactions at checkout and with self-service options.

You will also help with memberships, upgrades, and driving member satisfaction, while helping manage area layout, merchandise, and overall club operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates and assign duties.
• Train associates on processes and procedures and provide direction on member service approaches.
• Support membership information, processing memberships and upgrades, and encouraging renewals.
• Oversee area operations, handle claims/returns, organize merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.
