• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Promotes the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders with accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Follows Open Door Policy and ethics in executing business processes and practices.
