Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register) and 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: leading front-end team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervision of associates in assigned area, assigning duties and giving feedback.
• Train associates on processes, procedures and member service approaches.
• Support membership by informing members about types, programs, benefits, and assisting with memberships and upgrades.
• Ensure customer service by addressing member needs, assisting with purchases, and guiding self-checkout operations.
• Handle claims, returns, and organize merchandise while maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with incident reporting, cash handling, and daily deposits following policies.
