Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting value, processing upgrades and accounts, and meeting goals.
• Maintains facility safety by following standards, conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting hazards.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review, pick, scan, wrap, palletize, secure, and follow up on out-of-stock items.
• Manages tasks using policies and data, collaborates with managers and peers, sets priorities and deadlines, and communicates progress.
• Provides Member service by listening to needs, assisting purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Complies with policies and ethics via Open Door Policy and Walmart standards to promote integrity and accountability.
