Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates and directing duties.
• Train associates on processes and member service techniques.
• Promote memberships and process memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Provide member service and assist with purchases and transactions.
• Oversee area operations, handle returns, arrange merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete cash handling, deposits, and financial documentation.
