Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (for example, cash register) AND 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area by assigning duties, giving feedback, training, and providing direction on member service approaches.
• Communicates membership information and promotes programs and benefits to current and prospective members.
• Processes memberships, upgrades and credit accounts and assists with transactions and self-checkout as needed.
• Oversees area operations, handles claims, organizes merchandise, and maintains cleanliness and availability of supplies.
• Completes cash handling, deposits, and accounting documentation following store procedures.
• Develops and implements processes to meet business needs and ensures compliance with policies and ethics.
