Job summary

Sam’s Club in Montgomery, AL is seeking an associate to deliver member service, operate the front end, and process purchases. You will assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges while promoting products and services to members.

You will guide members on self-service technology, uphold safety and security procedures, and help locate merchandise while maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as a cash register.
• Familiar with mobile retail applications.
• Ability to read and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains checkout area.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Promotes Sam’s Club products and services to members.
