You will help with check-ins, tours, enrollment, and other club responsibilities while maintaining a clean, upbeat, judgment-free environment. The role may require weekend/holiday hours and a proactive, energetic attitude. You will build rapport with members and contribute to a positive atmosphere that aligns with our mission.

Qualifications

• Birthdate that confirms you are a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• On-time dependability and reliability.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide an unprecedented, welcoming experience.
• Check-in members and assist with tours and enrollment.
• Promote Black Card amenities and membership offerings.
• Support the club team at the front desk and during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, energetic, judgment-free environment.
• Engage with members to encourage progress on fitness goals.
• Adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
