Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist club members at the desk and check-in.
• Promote PF Black Card benefits and memberships.
• Assist with tours, enrollments, and member inquiries.
• Keep the club clean and ensure a positive member experience.
• Be a leader, stay energetic, and engage with members.
• Schedule varies; including weekends and holidays.
• Support the team to deliver upbeat, friendly service.
