Job summary

Everence Federal Credit Union (EFCU) is seeking a Part-time Member Service Representative in Lancaster, PA. You will welcome members, process transactions, respond to inquiries, and promote EFCU products and services through the Service to Sales process.

Open and close memberships/accounts, handle deposits and IRAs, and onboard new members with timely follow-up. Strong customer service, communication, and accuracy are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of credit union operations.
• Customer service experience in financial services preferred.
• Experience with customer databases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous member service in person or by phone.
• Process transactions and service requests accurately and confidentially.
• Promote Everence products and services via Service to Sales approach.
• Open/close memberships/accounts and manage deposits/IRAs.
• Onboard new members with follow-up communications.
• Cross-sell products and deepen member relationships.
• Follow security and BSA/OFAC procedures.
