Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a diligent Member Service Specialist II to process transactions, assist members with financial services, and promote product solutions. This is a non-exempt, on-site role at the Shaw Branch where teamwork and accuracy are vital.

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashier operations while maintaining confidentiality and upholding credit union policies. The position emphasizes member service, risk awareness, and community focus.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of cash handling/service experience.
• 6+ months as MSS I or teller preferred.

Aufgaben

• Process and audit financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries.
• Provide Golden 1 services such as cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct system.
