Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Proactively engage with members while opening new accounts such as savings, checking, IRAs, CDs, Visa, and debit card products for both consumer and business members.
• Perform all member transactions discreetly and confidentially.
• Treat each member as an individual and enhance relationships by discovering needs and offering solutions.
• Process all member transactions and assist with general account questions within the scope of the role.
• Ensure cash drawer and branch is in balance at close and research errors as needed.
• Follow established processes and guidelines with integrity and professionalism.
• Prioritize learning Coastal1 products and services and complete required training within the timeframe.
