Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member. Process all member transactions and assist with account questions within the scope of the role.
• Educate members about Coastal1 products and services to help meet financial goals.
• Refer members to appropriate teams for loans, wealth management, and other services as needed.
• Maintain accuracy of cash drawer and balance at close, researching discrepancies as needed.
• Follow established processes ethically and with integrity; complete required training in a timely manner.
