USCCredit Union in Los Angeles near USC’s University Park is seeking an experienced part-time Member Relationship Specialist II for our fast-paced Call Center. You will build and foster relationships with members, respond to inquiries, and offer customized solutions using knowledge of USCCU products.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in financial institution sales/service, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail banking experience.
• Experience with lending products and services.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to multi-task and build relationships in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet established performance, service, and sales goals.
• Develop and deepen member relationships with consultative service.
• Triaging calls with active listening to assess needs.
• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
• Use credit scoring and sound lending practices for recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Backup at other USCCU locations when needed.
