Job summary

USC Credit Union in Los Angeles is seeking a Member Relationship Specialist I for its central branch team. You will build and foster relationships with members, respond to inquiries, and offer customized solutions using knowledge of USC CU products and services.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of financial institution sales and service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with urgency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; <1 year experience; six months in customer service/sales.
• Knowledge of office software/tools (Google Suite, Slack, Excel) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet performance, service, and sales goals consistently.
• Develop and deepen member relationships through consultative service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loans, new accounts accurately.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies.
• Occasional backup at other USC CU locations.
