Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to members regarding credit union products and services by assessing member needs
• Promote and refer Wescom products and services to deepen member relationships
• Handle platform and teller transactions and assist with new member engagement
• Assist with loan applications and credit review counseling; provide information and educate members on home equity and mortgage products
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with policy; identify fraudulent activity and ensure proper service through Omni-channel experiences
