Job summary

FirstLight Federal Credit Union is seeking an entry-level UER I to assist members in an Engagement Center setting or through virtual channels. You will identify and recommend suitable products to meet financial needs, open/close accounts, process transactions, and support members with educational resources on credit union technology.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening accounts, closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts and completing transactions.
• Educate members on Credit Union technology and available products and services.
• Work in an Engagement Center setting or via virtual technology to provide exceptional service.
