Job summary

Ardent Credit Union in Wayne, PA is seeking a Full Time Member Services Associate to greet members, open accounts, and promote credit union products.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of financial service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet members in person/phone/remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening membership/new account applications and pass QA.
• Build long-term relationships with members and recommend additional services.
• Have knowledge of loan products and applicable regulations.
• Originating, disbursing, and processing approved loan applications with assistance as needed.
• Assist members with Credit Union products and services.
• Complete Currency Transaction Reports accurately and report suspicious activity.
• Meet or exceed all assigned goals.
• Represent the Credit Union professionally at all times.
