Job summary

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union in Massachusetts is seeking a Member Service Representative to be the primary contact for member relations, assist with transactions, account openings, and provide information on credit union products and services.

Under the Assistant Branch Manager, you will develop member relationships, uphold policies, educate members, and handle daily cash drawer and service requests with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide information on transactions, products, and services; process account openings and other requests.
• Maintain accuracy in daily transactions and cash drawer; assist with branch balancing.
• Educate members about Credit Union products and refer to appropriate departments as needed.
• Deescalate member concerns with professional judgment and supportive service.
