Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Receptionist to join our fitness center team in Edmond, Oklahoma. You will greet members, assist with enrollment, and support front desk operations with a courteous, proactive attitude.

As part of the EXOS team, you will help maintain accurate records, assist with payroll coordination, and contribute to monthly membership audits while keeping facilities well stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills with a customer-service focus.
• Proficiency in Google apps and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• CPR/FA certifications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations.
• Coordinate with Manager for payroll accuracy.
• Support financial tracking reports and record keeping.
