• Create a positive and inclusive environment for members at the front desk.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, and calls.
• Conduct gym tours and enroll prospects in memberships.
• Provide knowledge about memberships and gym equipment to inform members.
• Sell membership services as part of sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems (TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, Production Book).
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.
