Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Michigan to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves creating a welcoming lobby, generating member appointments, giving gym tours, and enrolling new members. You will inform members about services and equipment while maintaining records in Crunch Fitness systems.

Multiple shifts available: 4 or 8 hours, including evenings and mornings, on-site location in Ypsilanti. Must be a United States citizen. Benefits include employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Front desk customer service oriented.
• Ability to generate appointments and client interactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inclusive front desk environment for members.
• Generate appointments through referrals, networking, demos, and calls.
• Follow up on prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll members.
• Know membership services and gym equipment to inform members.
• Continuously sell membership services during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems.
• Conduct daily facility walk-around to ensure cleanliness.
