Job summary

The City of Maypearl is seeking a customer service oriented team member to greet visitors, assist with program registrations and facility bookings, and provide friendly help at the service desk.

You will promote programs, ensure accurate paperwork, verify memberships, and support daily operations. The role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and CPR/First Aid certification eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school or working toward diploma.
• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid with AED certification required or obtainable on offer.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and phone skills; ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with program registrations and facility bookings.
• Promote facilities, programs, services and memberships.
• Assist Manager on Duty with daily operations and cash handling.
