Job summary

XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness in Ashburn, VA is a family-owned facility that blends technology-driven design with exceptional customer service to deliver a unique experience for shooters and fitness enthusiasts. This role supports a welcoming, well-organized club environment and requires proactive member assistance.

You will greet members, handle account maintenance and sales, process paperwork, answer inquiries, and help keep the desk area clean and efficient in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and admit members and guests at the fitness floor by scanning memberships and answering questions.
• Enter sales transactions for members, including programs and payments.
• Process member paperwork, including address changes and electronic funds transfers.
• Answer club phone to assist with inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness services desk area.
