Job summary

XCAL Shooting Sports and Fitness in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to lead a variety of classes, promote safety, and help build a welcoming fitness community for shooters and enthusiasts.

Responsibilities include teaching challenging classes, coaching proper form, engaging with members before and after sessions, cleaning and organizing the studio, providing motivating music, and actively promoting XCAL programs and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum fitness experience and CPR/AED certification required.
• Must hold NASM, ACE or AFAA group fitness certification or equivalent.
• Ability to perform aerobic activities for class duration and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Teach a variety of challenging group fitness classes and build community.
• Educate participants on proper form and safe alternatives.
• Engage with members before/after classes to boost attendance.
• Clean and organize studio space after each class.
• Provide motivating music appropriate for the class.
• Promote XCAL programs, products, and services.
