Job summary

In-Shape Solutions, LLC is seeking a Member Experience Ambassador who builds connections with members and guests while delivering outstanding service. The role focuses on guiding wellness journeys, promoting programs, and ensuring a clean, welcoming club environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with membership options, FitStart onboarding, app setup, tours, and retail recommendations, all while upholding safety and quality standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and helping others on their fitness journey.
• Excellent communication and listening skills in person and by phone.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use club apps and sign-ins.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Get to know members and prospects, explain membership options, and assess best fit.
• Support new members through FitStart, and help them navigate the club and app.
• Give club tours, highlight amenities, programs, and current promotions.
• Stock, sell, and recommend retail items aligned with member goals.
• Provide outstanding service via in-person or phone interactions and process membership changes.
• Foster a welcoming, motivating member experience and uphold safety standards.
• Assist with pool slide rules as applicable and cover other duties as needed.
