Job summary

OnPoint Community Credit Union is seeking a personable Branch Associate to greet members, process teller transactions, and manage the lobby. You will help members with account needs, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and support the branch team with stellar service at Midtown Vancouver.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services, retail, or customer service with cash handling preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service with a welcoming attitude and accurate banking transactions.
• Manage lobby and front desk duties as needed.
• Assist members with servicing transactions including signings, fraud inquiries, and account maintenance.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate services with guidance from staff.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance per CU guidelines.
• Refer complex questions to appropriate team members and keep up-to-date with product offerings.
