Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in teller or member services preferred.
• Education at least high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and visitors professionally and promptly.
• Provide information on membership eligibility, account types, loans and other services.
• Open new accounts, including loans, IRAs, and certificates; process requests.
• Resolve member account issues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Interview loan applicants, process loan requests and explain terms and conditions.
• Follow up on loan requests and educate on loan protection options and payments.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products based on member needs.
