• Assist with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans and other financial products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and enhance relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations.
• Share knowledge with team as experience grows.
• Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled securely.
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
