Job summary

Centene in Indianapolis area seeks a Marketing & Communications Assistant to support statewide outreach and education programs for members, coordinate materials, and assist with presentations on benefits and services.

You will travel up to 75% to community events, collaborate with regional staff, and help schedule monthly outreach calendars. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in PR/marketing or customer service; benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Strong history of community engagement, partner relationship building, event planning, timeliness and the ability to complete projects in a fast-paced work environment, preferred.
• Medicaid product knowledge preferred.
• Experience in sponsorship management is also highly ideal.

Key Details: For this role we are seeking candidates who reside within 45 minutes of Indianapolis, IN.

• Assist with presentations to community and members on benefits, services available, and health topics

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Pay Range: $19.43 - $32.98 per hour
