Mountain Credit Union in western North Carolina is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative to greet members and help them navigate their financial needs in person at our branch. This onsite role emphasizes friendly, high‑quality service, attention to detail, cash handling, and teamwork.

We offer competitive pay starting at $18.50 per hour plus a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in transactions and member interactions.
• Clear, effective communication with members.
• Proficiency with computer applications used in banking systems.
• Experience handling cash accurately and securely.
