Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assists with safeguarding Sam's Club assets and observes security practices.
• Delivers training to Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and ensures area is organized.
