Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Upper Darby, PA. You will greet members, sign up new members, answer questions, process purchases and promote classes, all while maintaining a clean club environment.

Requirements include customer service experience, a minimum age of 18, and basic computer skills. Weekly shifts include PTO eligibility and opportunities for growth within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at POS.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
