Job summary

Seattle Credit Union in the Greater Seattle area is seeking a Customer-focused Member Representative to support teller transactions, assist members with accounts, and promote the credit union's products and services. You will deliver exceptional service and build rapport with members.

This in-branch role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team, with the flexibility to support multiple locations and meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 0–1 years of banking experience or equivalent.
• 6+ months in a retail or sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of teller transactions and manage cash accurately.
• Assist members with account inquiries and maintenance.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional service by listening to members and addressing needs.
• Uphold policies, procedures and applicable laws in daily work.
• Support other branches as needed and maintain reliability.
