Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an attentive retail associate to deliver member service at the front end and to support self-service technology. You will process purchases, handle returns, and assist with payments while upholding safety standards and safeguarding assets.

The role includes promoting products, guiding members, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to training for new associates. Compensation reflects the hourly wage with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Experience working with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and process member purchases.
• Maintain the checkout area and resolve member issues.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and guide members on self-service technology.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of returns and maintenance of merchandise areas.
• Support area maintenance and loss prevention efforts.
