Job summary

Sam's Club in Slidell, LA is hiring a Retail Associate to deliver member service at the front end. You'll assist members, process purchases, handle returns, and promote Sam's Club products and services.

You will operate self-checkout and cash register, help with locating merchandise, maintain exit areas, and assist with payments, refunds, and exchanges per store policies. A focus on integrity and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment such as cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by assisting customers and processing purchases at the front end.
• Assist with returns, refunds and exchanges according to store policies.
• Promote Sams Club products and services and assist with locating merchandise.
• Operate self-checkout area and resolve member issues with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain exit areas, review receipts, and help with payments and transactions.
