Seattle Credit Union is hiring a Member Representative to enhance the member experience at our Greater Seattle area branches. You will handle teller transactions, assist with account inquiries, and promote digital banking tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year or less of banking experience.
• 6+ months of retail/customer service experience.
• 6+ months in a sales-oriented role.
• Ability to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of teller transactions, inquiries and requests.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments).
• Assist members with account inquiries and maintenance.
• Educate members on digital banking features and conveniences.
• Provide exemplary service by listening to members' needs.
