Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide member service and resolve member issues at checkout.
• Maintain checkout area and process member purchases.
• Assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with self-service technology.
• Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Services associates.
• Ensure area cleanliness and organize merchandise; safeguard assets.
