Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area while resolving member issues.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies.
• Safely handles merchandise and helps members with purchases and inquiries.
• Trains Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology and delivers program rollout training.
• Maintains a safe shopping environment and assists with security and safety procedures.
