Excel Fitness in Rowlett, TX seeks a Team Player to maintain cleanliness, assist members, and support club operations. You will input member data, balance cash drawers, and help promote memberships while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role may be full- or part-time, with varied hours and no supervisory duties. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED certs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification required before working alone; training provided if needed.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer usage.
• Familiar with Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in mobile app use, content, and updates.
• Operate safely and efficiently with required training.
• Conduct audits to ensure club presentability and Excel standards.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Ensure members follow policies and address infractions.
• Provide a safe, secure environment for all members.
• Stock retail and janitorial items for the shift.
• Assist with membership promotions, training, and implementation of strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and insurance requirements.
