Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR and AED certification required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication and team orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Familiar with Excel’s mission, values, and Planet Fitness brand.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Assist members and enforce policies.
• Input member data into tablets and POS.
• Audit inventory and assist with orders.
• Provide safe environment and high level of service.
• Assist GM in promotions and operational tasks.
