Job summary

Excel Fitness in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Team Member to support daily club operations, including cleaning, member assistance, cash handling, and safety compliance. You will be expected to stay proficient with the Planet Fitness app, input member data into tablets and POS, and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and reliability. Training in CPR/AED is required before solo work, and shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR Certification and AED Certification are required before working alone.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Operate Planet Fitness app and stay updated with content.
• Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
• Input and update member information into tablets and POS.
• Ensure members adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Provide a safe and secure environment for all members.
• Assist GM/AM with promotions and operational strategies.
• Stock retail and janitorial items for the shift.
• Assist with inventory audits and communicate recommendations.
