• Assists with returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy for different memberships.
• Maintains entrance/exit areas and assists with locating merchandise.
• Supports training of Frontline Services associates and new program rollouts.
• Delivers a safe, welcoming shopping environment and upholds company policies.
